First up, congratulations!

..If you have just become  a new mum you will know that they don't call it labour for nothing!  Your body has just been  through the most amazing experience of not just the birth, but the whole nine months of stresses and strains to your muscles and joints (and your bladder.) Hormonal changes leading to lax joints , sleep disruption causing fatigue and lack of time and motivation to exercise can all add up to aches and pains that can detract from the joy of motherhood.
